Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope everyone had a nice day. I sure did!! We partied like rockstars in our classroom today! We decorated boxes and then handed out our Valentine's Day cards. The students had a great time. After we passed everything out, we got to have a "party" snack. I'm sure their parents were thrilled with me after I sugared them up and then sent them home...what can I say?!

I remember making Valentine's mailboxes out of old cereal boxes. A little construction paper, a half-eaten gluestick, and just a touch of love.

I think I'm glad Valentine's Day comes once a year. It takes that long to recover!!! Aren't kids great?

It was a fun day. I had a great time passing out valentines -not one, not two, but three sets :). I love being in Kindergarten again, it does ROCK. Have a great weekend. Oh, and thanks for letting me cry on your shoulder today. ;)
